Allegro Tests (“Allegro Tests”, “we”, “us”) operates Allegro, a test management platform for clinics, and this website. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is written to be consistent with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.
1. Scope of this policy
This policy covers personal information collected through this marketing website — for example, when you submit the contact form or email us directly. It does not cover personal health information processed within the Allegro platform on behalf of a clinic customer. That processing is governed by a separate agreement between Allegro Tests and each clinic, under which the clinic remains the custodian or controller of its patients' personal health information and Allegro Tests acts as its service provider.
2. Information we collect
When you interact with this website, we may collect:
- Contact details you provide, such as your name, work email address, clinic or organization name, and any message you send us.
- Basic technical information generated by your browser when you visit the site, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, to the extent your browser or hosting-level logs record it.
This website does not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We do not sell personal information.
3. How we use information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to demo requests and other inquiries;
- Communicate with you about Allegro;
- Maintain the security and integrity of this website.
We do not use information submitted through the contact form for any purpose beyond responding to your inquiry, unless you separately consent to further communication, consistent with Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
4. Where information is stored
Information submitted through this website is handled using infrastructure located in Canada. We take reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
5. Your rights
Under PIPEDA and applicable provincial privacy laws, you may request access to, or correction of, personal information we hold about you, and may withdraw consent to further contact at any time. To make a request, contact us using the details below. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
