These terms govern your use of this website (“Site”), operated by Allegro Tests. By using the Site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. About this Site
This Site is a marketing website describing Allegro, a test management platform for clinics. Access to and use of the Allegro platform itself by a clinic and its staff is governed by a separate subscription or services agreement between Allegro Tests and that clinic, not by these terms.
2. Not medical advice
Nothing on this Site constitutes medical advice, and the Site is not intended for use in the diagnosis or treatment of any individual. Allegro is a workflow and records-management platform used by clinics; clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the licensed professionals using it.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or any related systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site or its infrastructure;
- Submit false or misleading information through the contact form.
4. Intellectual property
The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, and the Allegro name, is owned by or licensed to Allegro Tests and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute Site content without our prior written consent, other than for personal, non-commercial reference.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any site we do not operate.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allegro Tests will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada and the province in which Allegro Tests is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
